Hello,I had a Fistulectomy about 14 weeks ,still have some drainage and after bowel movement is a little more for about 2 hours ,does it ever stop ?

I had follow up with my CRS after 7 weeks,wound is not healed inside and outside....anyway not good enough she told me,still draining ,not much but there is a bit of yellow discharge....I have another follow up in 4 weeks,do you guys go to work if you still have drainage?

In case of partial fistulotomy,does the surgeon open all of the fistula tract or just where is no muscle and he leaves the tract with the anal muscles intact ?
